What's Happening Next Week?
 
History: 
 
Literature/Composition: Scholars will read and discuss the first two chapters of John Steinbeck's The Pearl together in class.
 
Grammar/Writing: 
 
Mathematics: Scholars will be reviewing past lessons in DO NOWs as they continue learning about different cases in probability. They will learn to find odds in favor and odds against as well as probability of mutually exclusive, overlapping, and independent events. 
 
Science: This week scholars will have a unit test on Amphibians. If all goes according to plan, we will also dissect a frog in class! On Friday we will begin the Reptile unit.

We will have a Grammar quiz over Ch. 2 on Thursday.
